How do I add a proxy to Chrome for better privacy? or What's the easiest way to add a proxy to Chrome

Quick Q tho—anyone know why some proxies just don’t work? Like, I added one from *Spys.one* and Chrome just timed out. Is it the proxy or my setup?

Also, might just go with *Windscribe* since y’all say free proxies are risky. Appreciate the help!
