Bro, a proxy server PS4 is overrated for gaming. Tried it with Battlefield and my connection went to crap.
Unless you’re trying to access Japan-only demos or something, just stick with your normal setup. Most "gaming proxies" are just marketing fluff.
If you *must* try, use Windscribe. At least it’s free for low data usage.
