yo, docker install chromium-browser with version is easier than u think.
just grab the version u want from the debian repo and slap it in a Dockerfile.

RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y chromium-browser=115.0.5790.98-1~deb11u1
```
boom. done.
ps: debian versions are a bit behind tho, so if u need latest, go for the official image.
