Has anyone tried using https://dashboard.proxyscrape.com for proxy management? How reliable is it?

I tried the free tier of https://dashboard.proxyscrape.com, and yeah, it’s kinda slow. Might upgrade to paid if it’s worth it.

Also, gonna check out Luminati and ProxyMesh based on your recs.

Anyone have tips on avoiding bans? Like, how often should I rotate IPs?
