lol good luck getting a xfinity static ip address on a home plan. Their support is a nightmare about this.

I gave up and just use a free DDNS service (Google “free DDNS” and pick one). Works fine for my Plex server. Xfinity’s dynamic IP rarely changes anyway unless you reboot your modem a lot.
