"Can a website can block all US IPs? How effective is it?"
Hey folks, quick question—how reliable is it when a website can block all US IPs? Like, is it *actually* possible to block every single one, or are there loopholes?
I’ve seen some sites claim they do it, but then ppl still find ways around it (VPNs, proxies, etc.).
Also, how do they even do it? Just a giant blocklist or something more advanced?
Kinda curious if it’s foolproof or just a "good enough" measure.
