For speed, ABC proxies are mid at best. I’ve tested them against Private Internet Access and IPVanish, and they’re just slower.

If you’re gaming, you’re better off with a VPN that has gaming-optimized servers. ABC proxies add too much latency.

But for basic browsing, they’re fine—just don’t expect miracles.
