Yeah, an isp proxy is more about routing than hiding. Your IP changes for the site you’re visiting, but your ISP is still the gatekeeper.
If privacy is the goal, you’re better off with a VPN + a good ad-blocker. Or just use Tor for heavy-duty anonymity.
