You’re not being paranoid! Proxies are weak sauce if you don’t layer up.

Ever heard of canvas fingerprinting? Sites can ID you even with a proxy. Use the CanvasBlocker extension to fight back.

Also, check your WebRTC status (just google "WebRTC leak test"). So many ways to slip up.
