I’ve tried chrome use proxy for privacy before, and yeah, the slowdown is REAL.
But if you’re gonna do it, at least use a trusted paid proxy like Luminati or Smartproxy. Free ones are way too risky.
Also, don’t forget to check if your proxy leaks DNS—some do, and that defeats the whole point.
