Revshare can be a gamble, honestly. I tried it with a YouTube channel collab, and the other guy ghosted after we hit 10K subs.

Biggest con? Trust. If you don’t have airtight contracts, people disappear when money shows up.

Tool rec: Use Hellosign for contracts. Free tier works fine.

Would I do it again? Only with someone I’ve worked with before.
