Hey folks! 👋 So I’ve been messing around with reload web page javascript stuff, and I’m kinda stuck.

I know `location.reload()` works, but sometimes it feels like overkill? Like, does it always fetch fresh from the server, or can it use cache?

Also, what about `window.location.href = window.location.href`? Does that even do the same thing? Or is there a smarter way?

And why does my reload web page javascript code sometimes just... not work? 😅 Am I missing something obvious?
