Trying to setup chrome proxy for better privacy, but keep running into errors. 😩 Anyone got a foolproof method?

I followed some tutorials, but either the proxy won’t connect or Chrome just ignores it. Like, c’mon!

Here’s what I’ve tried:
- Went to *Settings > Advanced > System > Open proxy settings*
- Added the proxy IP and port, but it’s hit or miss.

Am I missing something? Maybe a hidden setting or extension that makes it easier?

Also, is there a way to setup chrome proxy *without* messing with system-wide settings? Prefer something just for Chrome.
