I’m kinda new to this but wanna learn how to setup a proxy server at home. Mostly for privacy and maybe accessing stuff that’s blocked in my region.

I’ve seen some guides but they’re either too technical or require expensive hardware. Anyone got a simple, budget-friendly way to do this?

Preferably step-by-step, like ELI5 style lol. Also, is it possible to do it securely without spending a ton?
