Ugh, same! I kept getting that reload this page prompt too. Turns out my browser cache was a mess.
Clearing it (Ctrl+Shift+Delete for most browsers) helped a ton. Also, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) instead of just reloading this page normally.
