Why Do I Keep Getting Asked to Reload This Page? Is It Just Me? or How Often Should You Actually Relo

This drove me nuts until I realized my VPN was causing it.

If you’re using one, try disabling it or switching servers. Some sites hate certain IPs and keep forcing reload this page.

Also, Chrome’s "Lite mode" (in settings) can mess with page loads. Turn it off if it’s on.
