I’ve tried both datacenter and rotating residential proxies, and the residential ones are way better for avoiding bans.
But they’re not perfect. Some sites still catch on if you’re making too many requests too fast.
For providers, I’d say Bright Data is the gold standard, but if you’re just starting out, maybe try a smaller provider like Proxy-Seller.
