How to Set Up a Proxy Server on Chrome for Better Privacy? or Is Using a Proxy Server on Chrome Safe

Still getting some drops though—might switch to a paid proxy like Nord like someone suggested.

Quick Q: Anyone know if SOCKS5 is faster than HTTP for streaming? Or does it not matter?
