I’ve been down this rabbit hole too. KProxy is one of the better free proxy software options I’ve tried. Easy to use, and it doesn’t feel like malware.
But like others said, if you’re serious about privacy, free proxies won’t cut it. They’re fine for bypassing geo-blocks, but not for hiding your IP long-term.
