Wow, thanks for all the replies! Didn’t realize how sketchy some proxies could be.

Gonna ditch the free ones and try out Tor + a VPN like some of you suggested.

Quick question though—anyone know if using a VPN with Tor slows things down a lot? Or is it worth the trade-off?
