VPNBook offers free proxy lists (HTTP/SOCKS) that actually work.
They’re not *always* stable, but I’ve had decent luck with their EU servers.
Just grab the credentials from their site and plug ‘em into your browser/app. Not the fastest, but it’s free and doesn’t require installing bloatware.
