Hey! Had the same issue with chrome proxy.http last week. Turns out it was a conflict with my VPN. If you're using one, try disabling it temporarily to see if that helps.
Also, check chrome://net-internals/#proxy in Chrome—it shows active proxy configs and errors. Might give you a clue!
