I feel your pain! Proxy scrappers can be such a hit-or-miss. I’ve had decent luck with ProxyScrape—it’s free and usually pulls a decent batch of working IPs.

For filtering, I always run the list through ProxyCheck.io to weed out the dead ones. Saves a ton of time.

Paid option? Luminati is solid but pricey. Worth it if you need reliability though.
