In my case, it was cuz my dumb roommate kept spamming login attempts on the same site lol. If you’re on a shared network, someone else might’ve triggered it.
Try these:
- Restart router (works sometimes).
- Use your phone’s hotspot to check if it’s just your home IP.
- VPNs are a temp fix, but some sites block those too.
If it’s a site you use often, def contact support. They’re usually cool about it if it’s a mistake.
