Ugh, been there! The in-app forms are useless sometimes. Try emailing support@instagram.com AND appeals@instagram.com—spam both lol.

Also, check out this site called "GetHuman." They have direct contact methods for IG support. No guarantees but worth a shot!

Btw, took my friend 2 weeks to get a reply, so don’t lose hope yet.
