"Can Someone Explain How to Track by IP Address Accurately?"
Hey guys, I’ve been trying to figure out how to track by ip address for a while now, but everything I find is either too technical or just sketchy. Like, are there *actual* tools that work without being illegal or super complicated?
I’ve heard about stuff like Wireshark or using cmd with tracert, but tbh, I’m not a hacker lol.
Is it even possible to get a *rough* location or just the ISP? Or am I wasting my time?
Also, if anyone’s done this before, pls share what worked for you. Free tools would be ideal, but I’m open to paid ones if they’re legit.
