"Can Someone Explain How to Trace an IP Address Properly?"
hey guys, i keep hearing about how to trace ip address but not sure where to start. like, is it even legal? lol.
i know u can use cmd with "ping" or sites like whatsmyip, but is that rly accurate? or just gives a general location?
also, what if someone’s hiding behind a vpn? does that make it impossible?
any simple methods that actually work? or is this all just hype?
