What's the real difference between proxy and VPN? Which one should I use? or Can someone explain the

Proxies = speed over security.
VPNs = security over speed.

If you’re just trying to access a forum or something, a proxy (like KProxy) is fine. But for *anything* sensitive, VPN all the way.
