Random ips can be a mixed bag, tbh. Some are legit fresh, but a lot are recycled and might’ve been used for shady stuff before.

If you’re gonna use ‘em, at least check if they’re blacklisted first. Tools like IPQS or AbuseIPDB can help.

And nah, they don’t fully protect anonymity—your traffic can still leak. Better off with a trusted VPN if you’re serious about privacy.
