Ugh, I feel your pain! Dealing with this environment is externally managed is such a headache.

We’ve had some luck using Zapier to bridge gaps—it lets us automate stuff without touching the backend. Not perfect, but better than nothing.

Biggest challenge? Definitely the delays. Like, why does it take 3 weeks to update a single setting??

For customization, see if they offer API access. Sometimes that’s the only way to tweak things.
