Oh man, this environment is externally managed is the worst.

We’ve had some success with Power Automate for small tweaks. It’s not a fix, but it helps.

Biggest challenge? The lack of accountability. No one owns the problems.

Try to get a monthly sync with their team. Makes them more responsive.
