Same problem here! Instagram doesn’t load pages on PC but works fine on my phone.

Try this:
- Open Instagram
- Hit Ctrl+F5 (hard refresh)
- Wait like 30 secs

Sometimes the page eventually loads after a super long wait. No idea why but it’s a weird workaround.
