I’ve been using BrightData rotating proxy for about 6 months now, mostly for e-commerce scraping. It’s *pretty* reliable, but yeah, you’ll still hit occasional bans if you’re not careful with request rates.
Speed’s solid, but the timeouts? Happens to me too—usually when the IP pool’s getting hammered.
For heavy-duty stuff, I’d recommend pairing it with a backoff strategy or maybe even a secondary proxy service like Luminati as a backup.
