"Can Someone Explain What Does TPMS Use to Block Websites on Chrome?"

So I’ve been trying to figure out *what does TPMS use to block websites on Chrome* but I’m kinda lost. Like, does it mess with the hosts file? Or is it some extension magic?
I noticed a few sites just won’t load, and Chrome gives me that "site can’t be reached" vibe. But no clear error saying it’s blocked. Super annoying when you’re tryna get stuff done, ya know?
If anyone’s dealt with this before, pls share how it works! Is there a way to bypass it (for, uh, *educational purposes* lol)?
