Hey guys, so I’ve been trying to proxy change public IP to specific IP for a project, but it’s kinda confusing. Like, I know VPNs can shuffle your IP, but I need a *specific* one, not just random.

Anyone got experience with this? Are dedicated proxies the way to go? Or maybe some sneaky SOCKS5 tricks?

Also, how do you even verify the IP is actually changed to the exact one you want? Tools like whatsmyip don’t always cut it.
