I feel you. Even with extensions, Chrome finds a way.
Two things that helped me:
1. Use Decentraleyes to stop CDN tracking.
2. Set your DNS to something like NextDNS or Control D—blocks a ton of junk before it even hits your browser.
Still gotta tweak, but sites don’t break as much.
