If you’re trying to unlock inspect tool on PC and nothing’s working, it might be a browser extension interfering. Disable all extensions temporarily and see if F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I works then.
Also, some sites use JavaScript to block right-click. You can disable JS for that site in Chrome settings (Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > JavaScript). Just remember to re-enable it after!
