If you’re trying to unlock inspect tool on PC and the site’s being a pain, try opening the console first with Ctrl+Shift+J. Sometimes the full DevTools won’t open, but the console will.
From there, you can manually trigger DevTools by typing `toggleDevTools()` in the console. Weird, but it’s saved me a few times.
