"What's the best way to make a CLI HTTP request for testing APIs?"

hey folks!

i'm kinda new to testing APIs and wanna know the best way to do a CLI HTTP request.

i've used curl a bit, but is there something simpler or more powerful?

also, how do y'all handle stuff like json payloads or headers?

pls share your fav tools or tricks!

"Why is my CLI HTTP request failing with a 403 error?"

ugh, my CLI HTTP request keeps giving me a 403.

i'm pretty sure my endpoint is correct, so is this an auth thing?

using curl with a basic API key, but maybe i'm formatting it wrong?

help a noob out—what am i missing?

"Can you share your favorite CLI HTTP request one-liners?"

drop your best CLI HTTP request one-liners below!

mine's:
`curl -s "https://api.example.com/data" | jq '.'`

love how jq prettifies the json.

what’s yours? bonus points for auth tricks or fancy piping!
