I’ve used Mullvad VPN—no logs, and it’s pretty solid for masking your real IP. Also, check out DNS leak tests (just Google it) to see if your setup is leaking.
But yeah, if a gov or big corp is after you, they’ll probably find other ways. It’s more about making it harder, not impossible.
