`curl ip.cc` is my usual, but `curl ip-api.com/line?fields=query` gives extra deets if you need ‘em.

If you’re getting timeouts, try `curl --connect-timeout 5 ip.cc`.

Also, `httpbin.org/ip` returns JSON if you’re into that.
