Ugh, proxy struggles are the worst! 😤 My proxy server was super slow last week, and turns out it was a DNS issue.
Try flushing your DNS cache (google how to do it for your OS). Also, check if your proxy provider has status updates—sometimes their servers are just down.
If all else fails, restart your router. Sounds basic, but it’s saved me more times than I’d like to admit.
