How Do I Configure Proxy Server Settings in Program Correctly? or What’s the Best Way to Set Up Proxy

OP here—thanks for all the tips! Tried the config file thing and found a `proxy.enable=true` line buried deep. Flipped it, and boom, it worked!

Still weird that the GUI doesn’t show proxy server settings in program tho.

Quick Q: Anyone know if there’s a way to auto-detect proxy settings like browsers do? Or is that app-specific?
