Need help: How to setup a proxy for secure browsing? or What’s the easiest way to setup a proxy on Wi

Thanks for all the tips, guys! Tried FoxyProxy and it’s way easier than messing with system settings. Still getting timeouts sometimes, though—any idea if that’s normal for free proxies?

Also, anyone know a good *paid* proxy that doesn’t break the bank? Heard mixed things about Luminati.
