Hey! Setting up a proxy can be confusing at first, but it’s not too bad once you get the hang of it. For most browsers, you’ll find the proxy settings under Network Settings or Connections.
If you’re on Windows, try going to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy. On Mac, it’s in System Preferences > Network > Advanced > Proxies.
To check if it’s working, just google "what’s my IP" and see if it matches the proxy’s location.
For privacy, yeah, it helps but isn’t foolproof. A VPN might be better if that’s your main goal. I’ve used NordVPN and it’s pretty solid.
