imo, it’s false hope unless the proxy is super high-quality. Most free ones log your data anyway.

If you’re just trying to avoid basic tracking, uBlock Origin + a good VPN is better.

But if you’re *really* hiding, Tor is the way. Browser in a browser proxies are like training wheels for privacy.
