Lol @ “nuke the site”—I’ve been there.

But seriously, plugin scrap is a real performance killer. I switched to using Plugin Organizer to disable unused plugins without fully deleting them. Less clutter, fewer leftovers.

Not a full fix, but helps manage the mess.
