Try DataMiner—it’s got a free tier and works well for scraping Google results.

You can set up custom selectors for titles, URLs, etc., and export to CSV.

UI’s a bit clunky, but it’s reliable and doesn’t feel sketchy.

Bonus: Works on other sites too, not just Google.
