Kinda surprised no one’s mentioned Tor yet. If you’re asking can you access a website using another ip address, Tor’s the OG for anonymity. It bounces your connection through multiple nodes, making it hard to track.

Downside? It’s slow af. But for bypassing blocks, it works.

VPNs are faster tho. I’d recommend Mullvad if you care about privacy.

And legality? Unless you’re in a country with strict internet laws, you’re probably fine. Just don’t be dumb about it.
