Hey! I had the same issue last week. For Windows 10, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy.
Under "Manual proxy setup," just toggle off "Use a proxy server." That’s the easiest way to delete proxy settings.
For Mac, it’s in System Preferences > Network > Advanced > Proxies. Uncheck any proxy boxes there.
